We have different sized tulle balloons in 40cm (small), 60cm (junior tulle) and 3ft (jumbo tulle). You can choose your preferred tulle colour, ribbons to use tiedat the bottom of the balloon. Add a flower or vines to make a big statement, we can use either a clear bubble or colour balloon to make pretty tulle balloons.
